Decent tap, some minor issues

I ordered a matte black kitchen tap. The tap itself is good quality and looks very stylish in my kitchen. It functions perfectly and the finish is holding up well so far. Delivery was pretty standard, took 5 days to reach me. My only slight complaint was that the installation guide could have been a bit clearer; my installer had a couple of questions. Also, I noticed a very small scratch on the base when I unboxed it, but it's not very noticeable once installed. Overall, it's a good product for the price, just a few small details that could be improved.

Good filter, fast shipping

I bought a replacement filter cartridge for my under sink system. It arrived quickly and was easy to install. The water tastes better now. Happy with this purchase.

Nice kitchen tap

Just got the brushed nickel kitchen tap, and it looks really good in my kitchen. Shipping took about a week, which was fine. Installation was straightforward for my plumber. The tap feels solid and works well, no leaks or anything. Overall, a smooth experience.

Love my new boiling tap!

I ordered the 4-in-1 boiling water tap and it's fantastic! It arrived well-packaged and the quality is amazing. Hot tea instantly, what a game changer. I really like the design too. This tap is such a great addition to my kitchen, I wish I'd gotten one sooner. Will definitely shop here again!

Solid reverse osmosis system

I purchased the reverse osmosis water filter system. The ordering process on their website was clear and concise. Delivery took about 6 days to get to me in Texas, which was within the estimated timeframe. The packaging was robust, everything arrived undamaged. Installation was manageable with the instructions provided, though it did take a few hours on a Saturday afternoon. The water quality is noticeably improved; testing confirmed significantly reduced TDS levels. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about filter replacement cycles before buying. It's a significant investment, but the performance justifies the cost.
